About us

For Afghan enterprises to be successful, they need to professionalize and modernize their business management and administration. This is particularly relevant to women-owned

businesses under current circumstances given their inability to study at university and the DFA’s determination that agriculture is an unsuitable topic for women to study at university. Many small businesses are unaware of how to access market information, analyze and identify market opportunities, source new equipment, identify technology trends, and create awareness for, or interest in their products.

AMP has created the Enterprise Development Platform (EDP) through which business-strengthening activities will be communicated and used for outreach purposes. EDP will provide/facilitate knowledge, network, and resources to agribusinesses and entrepreneurs through online platforms and social media i.e., Facebook and Instagram. EDP will become a platform that will be a source of education and a catalyst for inspiration of youths especially women to learn and develop their capacity towards development. EDP will create content to the number of youths who follow EDP on social media which will increase their practical knowledge of doing business, inspiring individuals to have their own businesses or build their capacity in personal development topics.
